Hey y'all~ my name is Alex and I am the First-Year Admissions Counselor! I'm a graduate from the University of Washington - Bothell where I have a BA in Educational Studies. My concentration was in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Social Justice. As an educator and new professional, I am passionate about empowering students through their educational journey! Dismantling barriers, making education accessible, and navigating higher education are what drive me to working in a college setting. It is so rewarding to witness students flourish in their academic, career, or professional goals! I hope to foster an environment for students to be themselves and grow towards their aspirations~

Rialto is a nice town! My favorite memory is being at Rialto City Park for the Little Leagues!

Advice for Students
"My advice to High School Students is explore, explore, and explore!"
Take a class that is interesting, take a class you wouldn't have taken before, take a class that isn't "popular". College is about exploration and learning what you're passionate about. Take the road less traveled by. I changed my program 3 times before finding my passion! Everyone's on their own timeline, be true to yourself~
