Now it's time to celebrate you! Come to an Admitted Student Event to find out more about your future university! You'll be able to learn about life at UW Bothell by experiencing campus, mingling with your peers, and meeting with our staff & faculty. We have several different events, all designed to provide the same overall information, so you only need to attend one if you are interested!



What is Admitted Student Day?
You’ve been admitted, now it’s time to experience UW Bothell in person. Admitted Student Day is a one day, on-campus event designed to help you picture yourself here and feel confident about your next steps. You’ll explore campus, connect with current students, faculty, and staff, and get the information you need to finalize your college decision.
During Admitted Student Day, you can:
- Learn what it’s like to be a UW Bothell student through sessions and activities across campus
- Get answers about tuition, financial aid, student support services, and more
- Explore majors, minors, and academic pathways
- Learn about housing, the Residential Village, and campus life
- Understand orientation, enrollment steps, and key deadlines
- Tour your future Campus and Residential Village
If you can't attend Admitted Student Day, our Admitted Student Info Sessions cover many of the same topics and include dedicated time for Q&A.
Note: This is a family-friendly event - children are welcome to attend!
Check-In
8:30 – 9:00 A.M.Arrive, check in, and pick up your materials for the day. Our team will help you get oriented and point you to your first session.
Welcome Address & Info Session
9:00 – 9:45 A.M.Kick off Admitted Student Day with a warm welcome from Admissions, then get a quick overview of what to expect at UW Bothell and what to do next to enroll.
Discover Academics Sessions
10:00 – 11:00 A.M.Explore academic programs and areas of study through sessions hosted by faculty and staff. Learn what you might study, what opportunities are available, and ask questions to help you choose your path.
Biological & Physical Sciences
Explore science pathways in UW Bothell’s School of STEM, including biology, chemistry, earth system science, and physics. Faculty and staff will highlight what studying science here looks like, with hands on learning, research opportunities, and close collaboration with faculty. You’ll also learn how advising and experiential learning support academic and career exploration.
Business Administration & Economics
Get an overview of UW Bothell’s School of Business and how we prepare students for leadership, problem solving, and real-world impact. Learn about business and economics pathways, how the curriculum is structured, and how advising and career support help you plan your next steps. Great for students admitted directly into the School of Business and for anyone still exploring.
Campus & Residential Village Tours
Take a guided tour of UW Bothell’s campus and Residential Village. You’ll explore key communal spaces, student housing, and shared campus resources while learning what day to day life looks like. Ideal for admitted students and families who want to picture themselves here.
Choosing a Major at UW Bothell
Not sure what you want to study yet? You are not alone. Meet Academic Advising and learn how UW Bothell helps students explore interests, use meta majors to narrow options, and build a plan for the first year with confidence.
Computing & Software Systems
Get an overview of computing and software systems pathways in UW Bothell’s School of STEM. Learn how the programs emphasize hands on learning, collaboration, and problem solving through projects and real-world applications. We’ll also cover advising and academic support resources that help students stay on track and prepare for technology careers.
Mathematics & Engineering

Resource & Clubs Fair
12:00 P.M. – 12:30 P.M.Meet the groups and services that help you thrive at UW Bothell. Connect with student clubs and key campus resources, ask questions, and learn how to get involved, build community, and find support when you need it.
Afternoon Sessions (Optional)
12:30 – 1:15 P.M.Miss a session earlier? We offer optional repeat sessions that cover Financial Aid and Housing and Residential Life, so you can still get the info and ask questions.
Afternoon Housing & Residential Village Tours
1:30 – 4:00 P.M.Take a guided tour of campus housing and the Residential Village. See spaces where students live and gather, and get your housing questions answered along the way.

This is a map of the UW Bothell Campus with key locations circled for you! Complimentary parking is available in the South Parking Garage and all the surface lots behind the South Parking Garage and Discovery Hall. Check-in is located at the Plaza/Promenade!
